Terms & Conditions

Faith is not just taught… it is gifted.

Welcome to Halo & Cross Keepsakes Co. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We are a New Zealand-based store offering Catholic and Christian gifts, keepsakes, devotional items and gift boxes.

Products

We aim for accurate descriptions and images. As many items are handcrafted or made from natural materials, slight variations in colour, size, texture or finish may occur and are not considered faults. Colours may also vary by screen.

Pricing

All prices are in NZD. Prices may change without notice, but you will be charged the price shown at checkout. Shipping is shown separately where applicable.

Orders

You must provide accurate order and delivery details. We may cancel or refuse orders if items are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or we cannot fulfil the order. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

Payment

Full payment is usually required before dispatch. You must ensure all payment details are correct

Gift Boxes & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details before ordering. Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, but your NZ consumer rights still apply for faulty or incorrect goods.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. If something is unavailable after ordering, we will offer an alternative, wait option, or refund. We will not replace items with different products without your approval.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver NZ-wide where available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or external factors. You must provide an accurate address, and extra costs may apply for incorrect details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number, issue details, and photos if possible. We will provide a remedy in line with NZ law (repair, replacement, refund or other solution).

Change-of-Mind Returns

We are not required to accept change-of-mind returns, but may do so at our discretion if items are unused, unopened and in original condition. Personalised items are generally excluded. This does not affect your legal rights.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under NZ law.

Promotions

Promotions are limited time only, cannot be exchanged for cash, usually one code per order, and cannot be applied retrospectively unless stated.

Religious Products

Items are sold in a devotional context. Unless stated, products are not formally blessed. Any “blessed” items will be clearly marked.

Care & Safety

Some items may include small parts, glass, metal or candles. Candles must never be left unattended. Small devotional items are not toys.
